Important Message to Our Valued Clients

Hello Friends

I wanted to reach out to all of you about how we are managing business and taking precautions at Atlantic Gems in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. I personally have been monitoring the continuously updated guidelines coming from the CDC, the State of Maryland, and Montgomery County.

First and foremost, we are not closing! We will continue to ship packages daily while making it easier to reach us. We will also now be providing curb side delivery. Orders can be placed by phone, email, or right here.

We have added the ability to FaceTime, WhatsApp, and basic texting. We have always been able to email pictures and information. With these new services, we will now be able to send pictures and information easily as well as provide a video solution to see products. We will continue to look for other services to help us connect better.

In accordance with government recommendations and requirements, Atlantic Gems will be implementing the following measures to protect our staff as well as our customers:

• Effective Sunday, March 22, our showroom will be closed to IN STORE customers.
• New hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, 9:30 – 3:30. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
• Only digital (Credit Card, PayPal, Square) payments will be accepted, no cash or checks.

We will update you regularly on any changes. Please take care of yourself and each other.
