Customers may return any item within 14 days from the delivery of the merchandise. warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. is not responsible for natural blemishes in beads and gemstones or those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur. A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.


In addition to credit card payments also accepts payments via Pay Pal. During the checkout process simply select Pay Pal under payment and you will receive a Pay Pal invoice at your primary email address with an exact total after your order has been processed.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on a first come, first ship basis. Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to the credit cards unless the customer agrees to the delay. Billing will occur at shipping. Customer will be notified of any delays via e-mail. All packages will be shipped via USPS Mail unless otherwise requested. Please note Economy Flat Rate Shipping is processed after all other types of shipping orders are processed regardless of date ordered. Delivery charges below are for orders within the United States and may include delivery to P.O. Boxes. International orders will have separate shipping charges that will not be reflected our website. Customers placing orders to be delivered to locations outside of the United States are encouraged to inquire about shipping charges before ordering. UPS packages are not deliverable to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Insurance

Economy Flat Rate Shipping includes all insurance costs in the $5 fee. All other methods of shipping include insurance for up to $100 of merchandise. For each additional $100 of value, $1.00 will be added to the above value. does not ship any merchandise without appropriate insurance.

Backorder Policy makes every effort to maintain a complete inventory. On occasion, we may not have stock of the items you ordered. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase appropriately. If the value of the remaining items is over $30.00, your items will be back-ordered. Customers will be contacted via email once the order is ready to be shipped. Please note that you will not be charged shipping for the second package. No new items can be added to backorder package. If new item is added, shipping will be charged.

Returns/Exchanges will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. From the date of shipment, you have 14 days to evaluate your purchase, and if you are unsatisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through UPS or the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer's expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Items returned must be in original condition. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from to your account within 5 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds by will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 5 business days. Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged. Please return the packing slip, along with a note stating the reason for the return. Custom Orders, Diamonds, Gemstones, Swiss Gold Bars, Casting Grain, Wire and all Metals are non-refundable and are final.

Unclaimed Goods

Items that are returned to us by a shipper as "unclaimed" will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the items will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.

Sales Tax is located in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA. We are required to collect sales tax from Maryland residents or for purchases delivered in Maryland. Maryland sales tax does not apply for items shipped outside of Maryland to residents of other states.

We do not collect sales tax for other states. If sales or use tax is applicable in your state, it is your responsibility to contact your state's tax division to comply.
